I have always worked on the borderlands of different disciplines, at the intersections of cultural history, ritual, art, and activism. I am interested in how communities pass on the hauntings of both memory and forgetting — things discarded and things salvaged of heritage and home. I am interested in the search for materials that seek to mend from the seam ripper of colonization, whiteness, and assimilation. My art practice seeks to create sites for us to wrestle, debate, honor, and celebrate together. What are you interested in, and what are you interested in connecting about?
